We had a lot of fun on the 4th. After church, we hung out at home for awhile. Brian watched a movie, Chloe played in her room, and I finally finished the painting I've been working on (I'll blog about it soon) I also got the dishes washed, then decided to get in the car and go visit my mom for a couple hours.
The wind was blowing pretty hard, so they canceled the fireworks at the school. Karla and the kids came over and we started a fire in our backyard and roasted marshmallows. Some other people were lighting off fireworks, so we got to see those. The top picture is of us sitting out in our backyard watching fireworks by the fire.
